Square Order Taking Note Field

Guys,  We have had a few orders come in and I have seen one thing I want to add to the process at this point.

When putting the order info in the note field, please do it in this following format:

Name / Email / Phone
Build (Dexterity/Length/Shaft/Flex/Loft or head)
Address to ship to. (if needed)

Our system has an automated follow up in place for new orders and when we sell clubs, we want to make sure that the information in that follow up gets to your customers, so be sure to include email and phone number as well as shipping address if we are drop shipping.

If we are selling from our own stock, do we need to have the "Build" in the notes? Or is the just when ordering a drive to have shipped?

What is the price again on a LD build? Can we sell just the head of the Formula 6? Customer has a House of Forged Patriot XXX shaft.

Yes please add the build, so we know what to replace it with.

The LD clubs are an additional $50 over the regular clubs. 599 MAP 649 MSRP.

Selling heads only, the MAP is 419, MSRP 449. I hadn't set heads only sales into our commission pay out yet, but I will add it at the rate of $100 per.
